One of the most important migrational composition flows of the population of my Country had origin in Italy.
So, Italian food is also tradittional here.
Some people say that we preserved the récipes they brought from Italy in their vesions around 1870-1920, nearer to the original ones.
The most notable difference is that our versions use more meat, cos it´s available here (The known Argentinian meat).
But note, please, that ALL Tucos are from Italian origins, same as most of Pasta dishes, includding Lasagna.
