friendly reminder:

y'all let me tell you, eat bananas. you see bananas contain the amino acid, tryptophan. processed/digested tryptophan is converted into serotonin and as you may know, serotonin is the happy hormone. bananas = tryptophan = serotonin

ps, chocolate also prompts production of serotonin

.. chocolate and bananas taste pretty well together.

Tryptophan is also in turkey, it’s what makes you sleepy.

Btw if chocolate “stunts” serotonin, doesn’t that mean it stops it from being released, which would be an unhappy thing?
