I Have Something to Say

So I got home from work today, and there were a couple police officers, a few firetrucks, and an ambulance in front of my apartment building and every resident was standing outside. Want to know what happened? Well my neighbor below me was cooking dinner, and he apparently [b]fell asleep and nearly burnt up his kitchen[/b]. The landlord was NOT happy, as you could probably imagine.
