Pg 556 Obama
"I'm disappointed in Obama" he said.
He's having trouble leading because he's reluctant to offend people or piss them off.

Polite and velvety leaders who take care to avoid brushing others, are generally not effective at forcing change.
The moral - Political Correctness won't have change, needed change. Our leaders do need strength, talk straight, else nothing that needs change will happen, just paper shuffling.
