Hi charlie.. if I remember this correctly, there are 3 cotrect answer by three different ways to look at the pattern...
45, 37, and 34 are all correct by looking differently at the PATTERN
Also, the most clever way to look at it, since in the face of the problem, they have not mentioned the word "pattern", the very simple and correct anser is 13
Because 5+8 simply equals to 13
