I think it doesn't matter if the result on the second and third one are wrong, we always have to go for the correct answer on each.. and for the 4th one the correct answer is 13..

@Grllsrus 13 doesn’t follow any pattern used in the prior examples (even though it’s correct addition, correct addition was abandoned for the 2nd and 3rd examples).

Using a pattern of the 2nd number times the first number PLUS the first number works for all prior answers and would result in the next answer being 45.

Adding the first and second number to the prior total also works for all prior answers, and adding 21 + 5 + 8 =34.

Without knowing which pattern is actually being used, we have possible answers of either 34 or 45 which would work as the next sequential answer.
