@SW-User I do not get what you mean, sorry. Could you, please, elaborate? Thank you

@SW-User I have heard no event of christians in the USA trying to oppress other beliefs, so you would have to elaborate on that, please. Thank you.

Furthermore, this I have to say: disobey Jesus' words does not make Jesus or christianity untrue in its claim, wrong in its stance, or false in its existence. The matter - which, ultimately, is hypocrisy - should be carried by the offenders and not brandished upon Jesus or the bible.

We know it is wrong and injust, and we would not want it done to ourserlves. Why then would be perform it to another without batting an eye?

If you raise your child to do good but he does bad, is it then just and true to brandish you as evil and wrong? The child made his choice to do contrary to what good he was taught.

Jesus never says, "follow christians",He said "follow me". So, ultimately, your cry of foul play is frugal, when your main goal and concern ought to be the person of Cheist instead.

We are not perfect, we are Christians. We will make mistakes but come to repent of them and work out a resolution with people - mirroring Christ - but if a person would do wrong and delight & brag in his wrong, he is no (statement of a) follower of Christ, but of himself instead.
