I Have Something to Say

Don't everyone fight over needing my autograph now...

I made a whopping $11.61 in royalties on my very first self-published book last year.

I think, I bought some wonderfully delicious McDouble's with that hard earned money!!!

This year the goal is to self publish my poetry and market it in a much better fashion than my first experimental publish!

The sheer fact that I made any money at all from writing is probably the smallest and at the same time most meaningful evidence that I have done a lot to work toward my dreams in the last year...despite my own self depreciating habits.

@sarabee1995 Amazon. I took it down for now. I need to edit it and restructure. Maybe revamp the whole damn thing. It was really just an experiment to see what I had to do and how it all worked. Anyway. I am doing school and work and kids so I am trying to find balance and time to keep working on this goal.

@JaggedLittlePill That's awesome. I have a partially written novel as well and hope to self-publish at some point (haven't touched it in a few years and don't know when I will). I may reach out to you if I ever get close to completion to talk about the process with Amazon. :)
