revenant I hate to speak for the admins, and keep in mind I can only read it from my own viewpoint but here I go in English.. I can't say 100% because i dont see his data, but he is going by his data and this is what he is saying without coming straight out and saying it...
1) They tracked the account that was accusing you of stalking as voyelle and they saw that this new account was accessing that same persons account on a consistent basis and there was an unusual frequency of accessing the other person's account with no comments or interaction on a positive basis. That is his point one. They have that data for every user here because they serve it up to VIPs on demand. That's an easy one for them.
1b) They are tracking the account "ragounar" back to your IP address. Every time a person signs in there is an identity that is assigned to them. It is how, Google for example, serves up ads to you based on your browsing activity. It's also one of the ways that forensic investigators determine hacked versus legit. He is saying that either you or someone that has access to your electronic device established multiple accounts and that those accounts were used for the purpose of watching this other person or in some way harassing them. As I said before, it is not my business or anyone else for that matter what that activity was so he didnt list the specific activity to avoid spreading everyones business. A private email to support would be a lot better to avoid drama and to be able to get a concise answer. He can't be posting everyone's personal info in public thread, but for him to say this he has a large amount of data tracking back to your IP. Look up the term metadata and it will explain the difference in types and how they determine it.
2) Voyelles pics match revenant pics.... He means either they are the same exact pictures or that the metadata contained in them track back geographically and descriptively to your IP. SW may have flaws but their picture encryption is better than most other sites.
3) He is saying the person harassing the other individual was going back and forth from the same location between accounts and were historically at the same time of day etc.
As I told you before, I have nothing against you as you have been nothing but kind to me; however he laid out the reasons above that he thinks you are the person that is doing mean things to this other account. If it were me I would delete this account and start fresh after sending an email to the admins asking them to block all the accounts that are associated with that other person and not telling me who they are if they have multiple accounts. I would write my stories and interact with people that genuinely like me and I would stay as far away from that other person as possible. A fresh start and just one account where I could be my authenticate self. I'm not saying you stalked this other person and I have no clue even who we are talking about, but avoid them and just do your thing. I am blocked by people and I have blocked people. It makes this place a much more peaceful place for me. I wish you peace on your continued journey.
