I Have Something to Say

I wish more people were skilled in interviewing. You can be the most educated and experienced person in the world but you must be able to listen and answer the questions asked. Skills can be transferable but I can't teach you how to listen. Your personality and education will come through no matter what, you don't have to beat me over the head with it. If you do, I'll know you're not adaptable nor trainable.
