Live by the rainbow. Be proud of that rainbow. Don't be afraid to be the rainbow for those in need. The rainbow is a sign of unity, or love, and acceptance and trust. Don't listen to those who oppose us, who tell us we are wrong. Be the one people can trust with their own journeys. LGBT+ is not aesthetic, it's not a choice. It's identity. Be proud of your identity and listen to no one who believes otherwise. Be yourself, be the most vibrant rainbow you can because in doing so, you will be a beacon of hope for a closeted person who will feel confident enough to beat the odds and be strong enough to be their true self.
This is a symbol of freedom and love. Make sure it's seen as such.
