I Have Something to Say

My back is killing me!!

I have decided to stop taking painkillers because they kept me sleepy all day.. They just numb the pain, but goodness... I'm having a hard time walking and moving right now. My brother had to help get on my feet because I couldn't move at all.. That's embarrassing and I feel bad for him for seeing me in this state..

It hurts so so so much! Sometimes i feel like I'm an old lady with a back like this. Three herniated discs... Arthrosis in the lumbar region.. Ah!!!

I have a corset for my back that I wear when it hurts too much..

Right now I can't sleep! It really really hurts!! I have a small heated pillow for my back, I have applied cream... Raised my legs a bit to align my body for bed.. Ugh! PAIN!! I AM IN HORRIBLE PAIN!

What do you do when your back won't let you sleep?
