I Have Something to Say

miserable man
he has no joy
always complaining
very angry since he was a boy

always pointing the accusing finger
at everyone but himself
taking no responsibility
for anything he might have
done or said
but expecting everything
be done for him

thinking himself entitled
has set him apart from others
he lauds himself over them
thinking he is the mighty King Midas
counting his endless gold
while those he believes below him
eat nothing but bread

he fancies himself important
as he has made money his god
but a true miserable sod he is
lonely he complains
for where is his companion
why is he destined to be alone
