They said you should drink 8 cups of water a day. Talk about impossible things..

Naaah it's easy especially in summer. I drink like 10-12 cups everyday: 1 cup after waking up, 1 before sleeping and 2 before/during meals and workouts. I also take a 1-Liter (4-cup) sports bottle with me everywhere I go to keep me hydrated. You can add flavors to water so you'll drink more 🍓
