Also, how is it a "personally dangerous and unsafe place"? After all, people only post what they would want to post. Facebook even warns against posting private things.

@Lincoln98 The mandatory use and encouragement of real names and info for starters. The fact it links all online use together for second. Everything about the design encourages and instigates bad online behaviour and pointless drama. Facebook and the similart social media sites have been nothing but damaging to not only the internet culture, but to actual people in real life.
It shuns and shames any simple level of anonymity, which is bad idea by any logic.
Sure people love it. Lots of people love meth, crack, heroin, and bah salts too.
