I Have Something to Say

So I tried picking up a cat at an adoption center I volunteer at and it scratched the hell out of my arm. Turns out the place doesn't make sure to cut their cat's claws. That one in particular scratches everyone.

Anyway, it was a good reminder for me to buy leather pigskin gloves and wear long sleeves so this doesn't happen again. My arm is currently wrapped in bandages :/

Surely it would be wise of them to do that no? Because cats like that would probably be of the scratching variety, no?

I mean you are active evidence of why they should lol

@Fangirlsarah1996 Yeah, the manager said they'd have that cat's nails trimmed for me but I want all the cats' nails clipped so this can't happen again.

@goagainsttheflow Imagine if a child were to try picking another cat up right?

Irresponsible much?

@Fangirlsarah1996That's exactly what I thought. Customers usually come to these centers to buy cats for their children, so I was surprised the place didn't keep the claws trimmed.
