I Have Something to Say
People are like books. You see a book and you automatically see the cover just like when you see a person for the first time you see their face. You read the title of the book and you pass judgement on what its about. Just like a person. You see their face and their body language and you pass judgment. But thats where most people stop...they dont bother to read whats inside. They dont bother to actually analyze the text to see its purpose or what its about. They think they know the story by the cover or what they've heard about it. They dont care to find out for themselves. Not alot of people take the time to do so. Thus leads me to saying dont judge a book by its cover. Some people fail in the area of critical thinking when it comes to certain things and sometimes are immediately swooned by some things. Arent we all? I know I am swooned by some things. To be honest i'm truly sick of everyone. Media, politics, war. Nothing is making sense to me anymore. I just dont understand. Being that I'm only 20 years of age and have not been quite introduced to the world yet is that whats causing me to not understand? I must be missing something. Why do people act the way they do? Why do people do such things? Why do people think this way? Why are people so greedy? I've been thinking lately about this whole police vs the people thing lately...how many more police and civilians have to die before they do something about high powered guns? I think it'll take someone extremely mentally disturbed to go and do something to the capital or the white house (god forbid) and I'm not talking about just trespassing or vandalism. These are just thought in my head. In no way am i trying to start anything.
