I See Similarities
How many here have thought about the purpose of this site? What exactly was the intent of calling this site "similar" "worlds"?
I am writing this because someone mentioned that this place is full of "commoners". And for others that seem to want to block everyone in sight.
I am certain their intent was not a positive thing, yet obviously they never considered the purpose of this site.
"What is similar of the world in here"?...
Nope! It's similar "worlds" not world. And probably there is a reason for that one letter difference.
Everyone lives in their own world. Everyone experiences that world differently. Yet...there are similarities we each have respective to our own worlds.
That is the similarity, or if you will, commonality. And it makes everyone a "commoner".
I don't know who said that, yet it's a phrase I do try to recognize and live up to.
It is also why I don't block anyone. I come here specifically for the diversity. And there is no point in blocking anyone if you don't want diversity.
Now back to the similar in the various "worlds".
Most of us can possibly agree that we are all human. Yes some might even disagree with that yet there is still also the commonality of language. And if you don't agree with that then why are you replying? 馃榿
Yet it's even more than that. Mentioning that we all live in our own world isn't enough either.
Yet there are certain experiences we each as humans have in common given our diversities. Our individual "world" are indeed similar while at the same time our individual "worlds" make us each unique.
So now having said all that, do really think you have the patient in weird? Is your world really so dissimilar? Or is your world so plain that nothing can seem unique?
