I Have a Question

I hate it when my best friend send me to say things to her ex boyfriend. Like 5 minutes ago, she sent me some silly cliché story and told me to send it to him and to say that it was me who wrote it for some reason ( some story between them that happened years ago ) and I'm just sick of it, I know she still loves him and that he doesn't give a damn about her and I know that she knows it as well, so why the heck is she doing this ? Sending me to stalk him, telling me say this and that to him. And when I ask her why she's doing it, she's like " you don't know what it's like to fall in love and to be dependent to someone like this, you can't understand" , if that's what love is about, then I'm glad it didn't reach me. Hope things will stay like this for me.
