I Have a Question

quick question, a while ago peoples profile pictures was blurred and i didn't have access to see their account now i have access to view said accounts (most of them) and see the profile pictures, though a few others are still blurred and i have no access, do you know why that is? (age is pretty much random)

I think you can choose wether or not you want your profile pic blurred and who it's blurred to so the people who are still blurred probably just have different settings
