I Have a Question

Is it bad or normal that my mom is constantly trying to call me to go do stuff with her? Idk I don't like going out and she's always calling and wanting to go places and do things.. I'm just not that kinda person.. I don't wanna be rude but sheesh.. Not everyone wants to be constantly doing things like she's always wanting to do everything and go everywhere.. I just like to chill and be home. I'm not interested in going out and doing things.. Sigh.. She just doesn't get it.. Am I wrong to feel this way or is she just being too much? Like constantly.. Sigh

Also I have cerfew in 2 minutes so I'll check any replies latter.. Thanks

Well since you asked, I'm going to share my thoughts on this one. You're welcome to take them or leave them as you choose and I hope they don't offend. 🙂

Being different from family members seems pretty common and I know from my own experience, it's very tempting to blow them off when you don't enjoy what they enjoy. I would just like to point out one thing. We don't get to keep them, and we don't get replacements. One day you won't have a mother calling you anymore and wanting to spend time. If you can think ahead and figure you're not going to remember and regret all the times you said no when she wanted to spend time with you, then I suppose that's ok. I just want you to remember that is all because it hurts an awful lot when you run out of chances and can't help but think of all the ones you threw away.

You should be happy she wants to hangout with you. If it's too much just go every third time she asks.
