Like everyone, I notice what I pay attention too. Sometimes others need to fill me in on things that drew everyone else's attention.

I never realized it before but I do notice body language and if they are on fire.

Their drive: type of drive and intensity, and how they express that.

I wish I was as observant as you cyan-eyed.
