@ KellyBear: it's not easy to give an opinion when we unknown the situation so I think we talk in a very general sense. But, it's true that a mistake has place for a reason, to learn something from it. Only that some times, human nature is pig-headed and try to ignore a mistake as belonging to us. Denial, it has been said before.
