I Have a Question

Am I being a bad son if I don't say happy father's day to my dad? He's a good father, but I don't really want to talk to him. I'm not super close to him, but I also don't want to hurt him. Should I just swallow the pill and talk to him, or is it ok for me to go on with my day and not say anything and ultimately feel better, even with the minor guilt?

@ImMalia I strongly considered that, but that feels too distant. Like I feel like I would be better off ignoring him if all i was going to do is send him a text. Maybe I will call him, just later today. I want to enjoy my day first at least.
