When do you prefer working out?

First thing in the morning I workout. It helps me refrain from eating everything all day lol

Morning, that way I can sleep through it. More seriously, i'm tired at the end of the day and that cuts into how much i can do at a gym in the pm.

I walk a lot.
My dream holiday is walking around the world.
Averaging ten miles a day.
And stopping for the night in a locals house.

Just...walk.
I went from 96 KG to 74 KG...over 8 months.
Best way to do it!

Morning, lifts the spirits a bit for me

Theoretically, after work.

Morning or whenever I wake up

I have weights in my garage, jump rope and ride a bike.. no set time,,,,

I prefer to workout in the afternoon before I eat dinner. Working out in the morning is too much for me. Been working out 5 days a week in the morning at 0630 for the past 6 months due to career choices x.x

530 am get it over with !!
