The dead bodies the Clinton's are responsible for? Are you kidding me???? How outrageous is it to disregard the lives of our military men that were wasted in Iraq, on the whim of the Bush regime, backed up by Cheny and Haliburton. Not to mention the 3 Trillion dollars poured into that fiasco by a 'Fiscally Conservative' party. Hmmmm! Let's compare the number, shall we? Or are you comfortable with your revisionist views?
Up to or more than 500,000 Iraqis - 4,491 US military deaths, and close to 300,000 injured. This does not include Afghanistan.

The only candidate I have hope for is Bernie, though the Democratic Establishment has done everything it can to keep him from getting the nomination, including lies and cheats in state primaries. I don't trust Hillary as far as I could throw her, and if Trump is elected, our 'democracy' will be lost, and a fascist state will be born.
Oh, and by the way, the Donald's lies are far more numerous than Obama's, with nearly 90% of his statement considered untrue by Politico

@MrBrownstone I would like to see that list of 50 lies Obama told please...

Another 4 years of a Democratic president will be so much better than the alternative of a failed business man who claims to be a success, an ego-maniac who claims to care about "the issues," and an idiot who thinks the dark side of our history is worth repeating.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
That might be what you see, but that is not necessarily reality and attempting to paint a picture based on ONLY what your view allows can lead to a beautiful picture, but severely incomplete. When someone (whisper: Trump) says something this IS racist (that does happen, you know), calling it out as racism is not simply a stock, attention getting stunt to release unused hormones. When someone (whisper: Trump) presents himself based only on self-proclamations ("I'm a successful businessman") that cannot be validated with results (it's not that hard for anyone to succeed if you walk away from your debts 4 times by declaring bankruptcy - that's not legitimate business success), it is important to call that person out as a scam artist. What I see from my view of the world is there are some people, of all ages, who are prone to seek out attention as their life's work.

Have we ever had a president that everyone is happy with? There are always going to be those unhappy with who is in office for some reason or another. Every president had and will have their ups and downs. We can all take that for granted.
hunkalove · 61-69, M
Trump would be a horrible president, so would Hillary, and Obama is a horrible president. I don't understand how anyone can defend Obama, he is smarter and a better liar than dubya, but it's just been more of the same, and the next president will be, too.
akindheart · 61-69, F
We can not take another 4 years of a democratic presidency. we will be a bankrupt nation. regardless of who is running, i am voting Republican. you can draw a circle around the dead bodies the Clintons are responsible for plus I don't want slick willie and blowjobs in the oval office. let him take his mistress elsewhere
I don't do politics. And I don't vote.
IamDave · 61-69, M
I offer this for your consideration, though I am pretty sure you won't bother to read it, or if you do you will refuse to believe it! Especially if you plan to vote for the Donald.

Absolutely not true. This would normally be the case in our two party system, but this year there are plenty of Republicans who don't like their own candidate.

Not everyone. I think he would be terrible president and I am not a big fan of the Obama presidency. I don't go on bias.
MrBrownstone · 46-50, M
@Dave Every president has accomplished something. I can also give you a list of 50 lies Obama told.
Myzery · 41-45, F
I have heard plenty of people spew hate for both. Most people I know say that we're screwed no matter what.

And, thanks for tuning into "Statement of the Obvious."

While you may feel empowered by your piano, "the reality" is you don't get to declare what is and what is not reality based on a personal whim. What you fail to realize in your haste to make age-related judgment calls is human nature exists in all humans, no matter their age. And by the way, your piano needs tuning...
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
Except... I'm not basing my information on personal opinion. My personal opinion is being shaped by factual data. You do the difference between being factual and being fact-free, right?
IamDave · 61-69, M
Steve, are you reading what you write? You are doing the same thing that you are condemning!
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
That's a pretty cynical view of people's motives Steve...
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
I never said the piano empowers me. And you do realise what you are saying means nothing considering you just said that personal opinion isn't reality, including yours.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
Young people have been led on. The media know that young people are attention seekers that want to look like they are helping the world, being tolerant etc without the effort required to do that. So they say "look donald trump is racist! Don't go out and help the world, all you need to do is say that Trump is a racist to your hip friends!"
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
Mark, not everything in this world is positive. I wouldn't say it if it weren't true. I live in the UK and see it all the time. These tolerant social justice warriors and attention seeking young people intolerant of any other view, shouting racist and anything differing in opinion.
pianoplayingsteve · 31-35, M
"What I see from my view of the world is there are some people, of all ages, who are prone to seek out attention as their life's work." And that is what you see, not reality. (Y)
