@jennyLynn- I'l try that, sounds good and healthy. Rutabagas- Wash and peel it. Cut off top. Cut it into 1/2 " cubes. put a steamer basket in a 2 or 3 qt. saucepan, then put the diced rutabaga in with some H2O. Cover pot. Steam for 1/2 hr or until tender. Dish them into a bowl and sprinkle cinnamon over them. Great flavor and very satisfying.
