I Have a Question

IS abortion murder? I think you can only murder a person and a fetus is not a person.

I was talking to a girl who seemed to feel that the only quality of personhood is being genetically human. Or at least she was unwilling to suggest any other characteristics that might make a person.

What say you?

lol well that is preciously the question i'm trying to explore with you.
I think that the label has much more involved in it than DNA.
I think that things like self-awareness, morality, choice, continuity and community make a person.
