I think it's almost always necessary to care. Doesn't mean they get their way. But there's nothing wrong with at least considering other people's feelings first.

Yes I always care and try to understand but we all have a human side and can only take so much of certain things people try to persuade me with. When I say too much of anything some people in my life will tell me but most will just get angry and go off on a tangent. Then I have to be adult enough to respond with respect. If that doesn't work go to plan B... Lol

I used to be very considerate and found that if I wasn't straight-forward about how I felt that people would take advantage of that. It's better to be honest without being brutal.

misstutu7 yes I tend to think of others feelings I do not like upsetting people unless they have rubbed me up the wrong way if I did upset someone by accident and I was in the wrong I would certainly apologise to that person
