Who is the puppeteer operating Mrs Clinton?

The lies have to be coming from somewhere and there has to be an agenda. Someone is attempting to dupe innocent citizens even more than usual.

Agreed Mrs C's behavior shows her belief that she's entitled to have people believe her lies. She doesn't even try. She simply blatantly lies.
