I am of the opinion that you should pay attention to what you are doing. I eat when I eat, I walk when I walk, I sleep when I sleep. Life is best that way, and living in the moment is all that matters, for better or worse.

I get way too hyper listening to music. And if I try music I don't really love, I end up thinking about people I shouldn't.

I listen to my Sleepy Time Spotify playlist, it's full of viking and Celtic music and some classical.

I don't listen to music but I often fall asleep listening to ASMR youtube videos.
