I listen to 80's love songs and let my tears seal my eyes shut....eventually I fall asleep.

I am of the opinion that you should pay attention to what you are doing. I eat when I eat, I walk when I walk, I sleep when I sleep. Life is best that way, and living in the moment is all that matters, for better or worse.

I listen to Tiësto In Search of Sunrise 5: Los Angeles; the 2nd CD is perfect to sleep to. This album is way before he became a sell-out.

@Hey Jenna how are you. I usually listen to nightcore and Marline Martinez which Hannah got me in to listening but that kinda makes me bounce off the walls but I guess I something soft and soothing would probably send me to sleep

I get way too hyper listening to music. And if I try music I don't really love, I end up thinking about people I shouldn't.

I listen to my Sleepy Time Spotify playlist, it's full of viking and Celtic music and some classical.

I don't listen to music but I often fall asleep listening to ASMR youtube videos.
