I'm sure there is a reason he hasn't answered your other messages. To keep finding him in different places and message him there sounds kind of clingy. Just give it some time and him some space.

Follow your heart. If you feel it's right to message him, do it and just hope for the best, but also be prepared for the worse.

It's just a message. It's not like you're showing up to his front door leaving flowers and chocolate and then bolting.

i dont think i'm clingy to him considering i always give him space and the benefit of the doubt. I've just been so tired of feeling like he's closing himself off from me and if its because he doesn't like me anymore then he should tell me. If he doesn't want to be with me i'm not going to force him.
