If you came home early from work and when you came into the house you heard noise coming from your bedroom, so you quietly go down the hall and see the bedroom door open slightly so you peek in and you see your partner grinding with another person "do you back away slowly and then get even by doing someone or do you blast through the door and go crazy freak out on them?"

In that case, I go in and crazy freak out.

If I'm going to be cheated on it best not be in my bed, and after I'm done with my crazy freak out they can take themselves and those nasty sheets and get out of my house.
