I believe the problem was releasing criminals who were in our jails back into the US instead of deporting them, not that he wasn't deporting people at all.

NO..THE issue as none of you seem to grasp is that Trump wants to keep MUSLIMS OUT...not illegals. His ban is not the same as Obamas...Though he would like you to believe that. The difference is Trumps ban is simply a ban on a religion and from his own mouth he did not want Muslims let in but Christians from those same countries could be.

Also his ban is illegally detaining rightful green card holders and citizens and visa holders.

Banning a religion is against the law.

Obama did not create a ban...he implemented strict vetting for a period of time. People from thise countries were STILL enterimg the united states under more vugorous vetting processes during that time.

Trump wants to completely ban MUSLIMS. MUSLIM IS A RELIGION. THAT IS NOT LEGAL you ..have GOT to start looking past your noses.

The reason it was sent to court is BECAUSE IT WAS NOT LEGALLY IMPLEMENTED.
