I Have a Question

Ok so I went to toilet I wiped my front area and there's blood I keep thinking I may be starting my monthly .even put pad there nothing only when I wipe myself just gently and when I go toilet blood in toilet is that strange or normal.

Normal. That happened during my last cycle. My pads were red the next day.
