@Luke73 The fact that you see snow indicates that the odds of snow falling is much higher based on the season. If you see 6 people with the flu you would be justified to think there is a virus going around.

@hippyjoe1955 It's not so simple as that. People on the other side of the sphere for example have the opposite season. In some areas it doesn't snow, or they don't even have seasons. And if you see 6 people having the flu in a big city with millions of people, then that's just the average of people who are sick.

After listening to way too many debates on what a woman is, I realized most transphobes actually do believe people can change their gender. They're transphobic for other reasons.
When it comes to the number of genders, I suspect it's the same thing. They don't actually believe there are two genders.

I go along with the two gender hypothesis - masculine and feminine. They're the extremes of the gender continuum and we all lie somewhere along that continuum. I doubt anyone lies at either of those extremes, being completely one gender with no traits of the other whatsoever.

If gender is more than male female and can later change to include more and more this becomes an endless cycle. Giving the word gender no meaning.
