yes, id fix up a building into a mini rehab area. (though i'd need to be the one doing the fixing, just because i had a millions wouldn't mean id spend extra doing the work i could do to fix it up on my own).....though i might hire some extra hands.

@lovingdead I totally get what you are saying. You could invest in real estate, dividends, precious metals,etc.
