They have plenty of people on the schedule. They don't treat me well. I'm not feeling up for people today.

Look after yourself. Work is a transaction, not a favour especially when they don't treat you good

It'll be good to decompress, friend. tomorrow will feel different

Depends upon your finances and the likelihood of losing the job.

@EldritchFox I am sorry to read that, you need some time to yourself.

If you need a day for self-care, take the day off.

When you are treated poorly at work, you feel less motivated to go in. I honestly just say heck with it and take the day

At my work Mondays and Fridays, especially this last Friday, the parking lot was a ghost town. Lots of people call out Mondays and/or Fridays.

The problem with my job is you get an employee who is exceptionally great at what they do, so even though they might have 11 points, they won't be fired because with the type of work we do, it can take many years to get another employee who can build jobs the way the company expects.

Hope you enjoy your day 😊

When I can't call out I just show up and do nothing or cause problems. Idk. It's not right but it helps me lol

@Selah I love it 😂

They like giving me a hard time because I'm not very good with people or selling. They'll have me doing twice the work of people half my age to the point of exhaustion. I really think they wish they could fire me but they can't. So I don't even feel bad when I call out.
