Masha'a allah means God willed this to exist. And it is an amazing creation.
Alhamdoulilah is being grateful to Allah as in Thank you Alllah.

@Miram I don’t know why but I feel confused but sounds the same meaning. Like for example we will all say thank you for amazing creation so it feels the same. I may be thinking something wrongly. It’s just my mind isn’t thinking right maybe. I need clear direction the way I’m thinking. I may be tough to explain.

Masha allah means what God willed...he willed this.
It is not the same as "thank you God"
Two different expressions. Different words.

für alhamdulillah its für your own personal stuff to thank god. god gave u food, your healthy etc so u say alhamdulillah to thank god so yea
edit: btw i want to add something about shukur. shukur is same as alhamdulillah. but alhamdulillah can be said für both positive or negative things like your ill but your not super ill or deadly disease etc so u can say alhamduillah. but shukur is only für positive stuff
