Half dressed does that mean topless no bra no shirt? Assuming thats the case it would depend on the context does he talk to these women in person? And does he look at them so often that he dosent look at you, i can see this being an acceptable form of porn if the girls dont mind it, he looks at you more often then them and he dose not see them in person.
