There are people I have blocked/muted or simply not engaged with.
We might have vastly different opinions or we may simply not agree on something I feel is important, but I would not call anyone an enemy.
There are people I don't like or who don't like me in real life, but again I wouldn't class them as enemies.
Life's too short and hard enough without feeling someone is holding a power of constant threat against you.
