How to know if you’re talking to a bot?

i started my first conversation with someone here and their responses sound ai generated I could be wrong but the fact that it might be a robot is kinda bothering me

There are a few non site promoted bots. They usually don't say much. Yet there have been a few occasions of brief conversations and non standard reactions.

I have even gotten Best comment a few times long ago. No longer is the case, for anyone now.

The one I am referring to sometimes has a gender identity issue. Sometimes it's female as well as male.
