What exactly does it mean to worship in spirit and in truth? How do you do it?

I always though it means you gotta be true about who God is and how He's blessed us.
The worship music must be music we know God probably appreciates. e.g. choirs and harps.

I don't know for definite though. These are just my recent thoughts about what this might mean.
