@BexsyYes, it’s a bit more tender and a slight bit sweet but not really how it sounds 🤔 I started using it in place of broccoli to go with pasta and sausage(for everyone else). I love it. It cooks fast too. I add a bit of sautéed garlic and oil with a hot dried pepper to make it a bit spicy. Soooo good! I saw a vid a while ago with an older Italian guy. I wanted to try it but wasn’t sure how to use it.
@Bexsy If you have Facebook, I can try to find the vid for you. Actually, it’s possible they added the link for YouTube. Let me look. I basically only used the broccolini in the hot pepper different. Otherwise I made everything else the same.
