Why is it, that after every time I had sex with him I felt dirty and stressed out?

I would race home to shower wanting his touch off of me. I'd want to shove food in my face to relax and unwind.

That's not healthy is it?

I could never. I can't even let anyone touch me in that kind of way if I'm not attracted. I hate smelling them off me for the rest of the day. Like a foreign smell, a deodorant or laundry detergent they use of even their own BO or whatever it is, probably everything together. Anyway that's just from as little as a hug, I can't even imagine this. 😭
