What is the Israeli "Sampson Option"?

It sounds like nuclear intimidation by means of submarines with nuclear tipped missiles. But aimed at what? How big are they?

This has a misnomer in it. Yet no one seems to want to recognize Pakistan as nuclear power. Or apart of the middle east. And they very much are both. 🫤
