how do you deal with having a high sex drive

i've always had a high sex drive, i had a few girlfriends long ago in my mid to late teens, then again briefly in my early 20s, they were always sex encounters and i've never had a steady girlfriend, because of other problems i had, i'm now 48 and haven't got a partner now...hopefully that will happen...but right now, i don't have a partner...and have a high sex drive....but no outlet for it...so how do i handle it?

i have a high sex drive, because i was sexually awakened at a very young age, when i sexually experimented with my female cousins and girls who were friends, who lived on my street during the 80s.
