What is the plan with the world cup this year and Iran + USA ?

will Iran participate ? are they even allowed in the usa ? will FIFA punish either Iran or the USA of they dont allow them in or if they wont participate ? is it even safe for Iran to go there ?

Actually, I doubt if any other nation will bother to send representation to the USA, which means the USA will be there alone and of course, the Americans will award themselves Gold by default when nobody else shows up to play.
