Every person who walks a dog in public places should be able to show the proof of their vaccination at the spot if asked. Same way a driver has to have their licence with them when they drive.

@CrazyMusicLover interesting! any reason why?
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@popmol Because when a dog bites you, either the owner shows you the proof of their dogs anti-rabies vaccination or you may go straight to get the shots yourself. Now imagine the scenario. You get bitten by a random dog on the street and have to demand the proof from the owner and now what? Are you going to their home?

@CrazyMusicLover true, i don't know how it is with your country but i think here its mandatory so the chance is likely they'll have one
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@popmol It is mandatory, however, I still think many people ignore it. Just like they ignore mandatory chipping. Nobody controls it until something bad happens.

@CrazyMusicLover true that makes sense! i mean a little card or app on the phone would work!
